Demand peaks break Tier 1 teams

Year-end capex pushes, storm reactive surges, and simultaneous upgrade campaigns overwhelm fixed headcount models. Jobs queue. SLAs breach.

🪪

Accreditation takes weeks to verify

MATS, EUSR, ECS — MNOs and TowerCos can't just send any engineer to a live site. Compliance verification is the bottleneck that stops ad-hoc hiring cold.

📡

£11bn of UK build needs more hands

VodafoneThree, VMO2, EE and the SRN programme are all running simultaneously. The UK needs 250,000 more telecoms and infrastructure workers by 2028.

Burst capacity that's already cleared to work

Stop turning down work or missing SLAs because your team is fully committed. Riggr is your pre-qualified overflow resource — call-off on demand, no recruitment overhead.

Pre-verified before you call

Every engineer on the Riggr platform has current MATS, EUSR, ECS and role-specific certifications confirmed. You receive a compliance certificate before the job starts.

48-hour standard mobilisation

We maintain a standing pool of engineers across the UK. Standard deployment in 48 hours. 24/7 reactive dispatch available on retainer for emergency SLA cover.

📋

RAMS included — we own compliance

Riggr takes end-to-end responsibility for RAMS documentation, method statements, and on-site safety compliance. Not a labour agency — a managed service.

From job brief to boots on site

Three steps. No recruitment overhead. No compliance surprises.

01

Send us the brief

Tell us the job type, location, required certifications, and timeline. Phone, email, or our job portal. We respond within 2 hours during business hours, sooner for reactive emergencies.

02

We match and verify

We identify the right engineers from our pre-vetted pool, confirm their certifications are current on EUSR/Quartzweb, and prepare RAMS documentation. You receive a full compliance pack before any mobilisation.

03

Boots on site, job done

Engineers attend the site, complete the work to the required standard, and you receive a digital job report. We handle post-job admin including timesheets and any compliance records your client requires.

Every engineer, every job — fully credentialled

Our platform tracks live accreditation status for every engineer. If a cert is expired, they don't work. Simple.

FAQ

How quickly can you mobilise an engineer? +

Standard mobilisation is 48 hours from a confirmed brief. For clients on a reactive retainer, same-day and out-of-hours dispatch is available — our 24/7 line exists for exactly those scenarios. We keep a standing pool of engineers in active readiness, not a passive database.

How do you verify accreditations? +

We check MATS status, EUSR/Quartzweb registration, ECS card, CSCS, PASMA, RF Safety Awareness, and First Aid at Height for every engineer before they ever appear on a job. Verification is live — if a certification lapses, the engineer drops off active status automatically. You receive a compliance certificate with every deployment.

What if the engineer doesn't meet the standard on site? +

It's our problem, not yours. Riggr is a managed service — we take end-to-end responsibility for RAMS, compliance, and the standard of work. If an engineer can't perform as required, we replace them. You don't inherit agency risk.

Do engineers pay to join the platform? +

No. Engineers join for free. We earn our margin from clients on deployed day rates and managed service fees. Engineers receive competitive day rates (£320–£900 depending on role and conditions), fast payment, and accreditation renewal reminders as part of being on the platform.

How does billing work? +

Day rates are agreed upfront per job or framework. Invoices are generated automatically on job completion and pushed to Xero — no re-keying. For framework clients, we agree a call-off structure that suits your procurement requirements, including PO references and cost-code separation where needed.

Which UK regions do you cover? +

The whole of the UK — including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Welsh valleys, and remote SRN programme sites where other providers routinely decline. We deliberately build engineer relationships in hard-to-serve regions because that's where workforce scarcity is most acute and client need is greatest.

How is Riggr different from a staffing agency? +

An agency supplies labour and passes liability to you. Riggr is a managed service — we own RAMS, method statements, compliance documentation, EUSR verification, and quality assurance. Our clients receive a compliance pack before mobilisation and a job report after completion. You get a fully accountable solution, not a warm body.
